**IMPORTANT INFORMATION**

In light of the current “return to play” restrictions we at Glenview Middle School have decided to hold off starting summer workouts or Football and Volleyball until the week of July 6th. In order for your player to be eligible to participate you and your player MUST have the following things completed by June 30th 2020.

1. www.planeths.com accounts must be completed for one parent and your player. If you have not played a school sport in the past you will have to create new accts but if your player played any sport at Glenview or TLH last year you both already have accts and do not need a new one.
2. As a part of the Planet HS paperwork a copy of a current physical, dated AFTER April 1, 2020, will need to be uploaded. Currently, Doctors Care on HWY 81 (near Wendy’s) is offering physicals for only $15 and they have copies of the physical form there.
3. Finally, our District is working on adding a COVID 19 Waiver to Planet HS that will be required to be signed. If you have already filled out all your paperwork be on the lookout for this added document.

We do not know what the restrictions will be for July but we are hearing they will be less than what is currently in place. If any adjustments need to be made we will let you know.

Please understand NO ONE will be allowed to participate in ANYTHING without their Planet HS accounts FULLY APPROVED!
